Do things that make you happy, that bring enjoyment in your life every day, no matter how big or small

Grounding

Feel your connection to the earth and feel how you are fully grounded in your body

Breathe

Take some deep breaths, in through your nose and out through your mouth, and enjoy filling your lungs with fresh air

Mindfulness

Relax and meditate with some calming music

Cleanse

Drink hot water with lemon as a cleansing and refreshing drink

Indulgence

Take lovely relaxing warm baths with Epsom Bath Salts to cleanse your energy

Enriching

Spend time with supportive friends and family with whom you feel enriched and connected

Nature

Enjoy nature and the gifts that nature brings; such as sunshine, sunrises, sunsets, animals, pets, trees, plants, flowers

Invigorate

Move your body, indulge in a massage, do some light exercise, yoga or dance to some fun music for flexibility

Calm

Be kind to yourself and do something to make you feel calm and cosy at home, such as enjoying candles or reading
